I am a certified kickboxing instructor with experience in professional MMA. I created Strong Ummah to help Muslim women build strength, discipline, and confidence through structured combat training in a supportive sisters-only environment. My goal is to help sisters develop physical strength, resilience, and practical skills through consistent training.
